POLICIES Preorders All preorders are shipping excluded, we will send over a notification to customers when item is ready, please send us your PayPal address so we can send over remaining invoice within 1 working days. Please note that if we receive no reply from you, the order will be considered as cancelled and no deposit will be refunded. ALL preorders deposit are non-refundable as a seller protection scheme. Postage handling time Items will be post within 5 working days after full payment has been received. Delivery time Three levels of postages method will be provided, including Hong Kong post air parcel (14-21 expected working days delivery)/ EMS postage (7- 14 expected working days delivery)/DHL express (3-7 expected working days delivery). Please be noted that delay could be caused different factors. Declared Value and Insurance All items will be declared in low value. Under this circumstance, insurance will not be provided. However, if you wish to get insurance protection, please feel free to contact us. Please be noted that we are not responsible for any customs charges. Cancellation, return and refund For order cancellation, please be noted that cancellation can only be provided for in-stock items. Please contact us by sending a email to day1collectibles@gmail.com with your full name, order number within 3 days after the purchase. Please be noted that 20% service charged will be calculated. For item return, Any returned item must be unused, complete without any damages. An replacement will be shipped out once the returned item is backed. Please note that the shipping fee of the returned item has to be done by customers. For items which has been released for a while, we may no longer provide you a replacement. Under this circumstance, we may offer you a refund. For refund, we may offer a refund if the item is stated as “lost” by the postage company, or there is any damages and defects from the item.
